Statement of Intent

To empower individuals to enjoy moving through improved functional health, alleviating discomfort, and increasing physical capabilities.

EMPOWERING PATIENTS TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR HEALTH.

I aim to empower patients to manage their health by providing essential knowledge, skills, and support. Together, we'll develop your understanding of body mechanics and self-care strategies, and grow your confidence to positively impact your health and mobility.

TOO MANY PEOPLE FORGET THE FEELING OF MOVING WITHOUT PAIN.

I encourage people to enjoy regular movement and not just view it as a necessity. Pain can be debilitating, but my aim is to alleviate discomfort and improve movement through manual therapy, corrective exercise, and lifestyle advice. I want you to enjoy an active lifestyle without pain.

MOVING WELL AND OFTEN IMPROVES YOUR HEALTH.

Movement is crucial for your health. My approach improves your posture, flexibility, and strength, leading to better physical performance. As your pain decreases, and mobility increases, you'll feel more confident and experience newfound strength and well-being.

TESTIMONIALS

What my patients say about me

After suffering a nasty fall at work, I severely damaged both my knees. I was unable to walk without support, and I couldn't work. I started feeling much better within a couple of sessions. The swelling in my legs was reduced, he helped me gain more strength and balance. I'm now walking without support and going back to work! He's amazing!

Adele

I had been suffering with low back pain for months. After having poor experiences elsewhere, I came across Fraser, who spent time listening to my problem. His assessment of my injury was brilliant - he helped me recover from the pain and supported me in building my confidence to move again so I could return to Pilates, yoga and hiking.

Chris

I injured my shoulder falling down the stairs, which stopped me from playing badminton and took months to heal. Fraser helped with rehab and got me moving again. He takes the time to coach you different exercises and I've recently started playing again. He's since helped with some back pain too. He's a great therapist and always helps.

Over 15 years of experience in the health and wellbeing industry.

Throughout my career, I have developed knowledge and skills in various proven techniques, including soft tissue manual therapy, joint mobilisation, dry needling, ultrasound/electrotherapy, and sports taping.

I have gained experience in professional rugby and served as a club therapist at local and county levels. I have also trained and treated junior athletes in several sports. Later, I gained clinical experience working as part of a multidisciplinary practice, treating musculoskeletal complaints such as non-specific low back pain, frozen shoulder, hypermobility, chronic inflammatory conditions, and trauma-related dysfunctions.

The knowledge and skills I gained as a personal trainer enable me to create bespoke corrective exercise programs that offer lifestyle advice and guidance.

In addition, I'm a qualified teacher and worked as a Course Team Leader and Lecturer in Further Education, further developing my professional and technical skills vital for effectively assessing and treating ailments and MSK complaints.

Also, I'm working towards my next career phase, completing a Bachelor of Osteopathy. I look forward to qualifying as a registered Osteopath in 2025.
